Most people feel lost when they find out they need to eat gluten-free. But it's doable. I've been gluten-free now for over seven years, and sometimes I still think, "Hmm... what do I have to eat today?!"
Sometimes I try to mix it up. But usually I stick to my favorites... tried and true. And I go through phases. (Last year was my "peanut butter with honey... EVERY.SINGLE.DAY." phase. LOL.)
I thought I'd use this blog to record what I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Maybe it will inspire me to try new foods. Perhaps it will help other people find new favorites. Whatever it will do... I'm excited to start this blog. :)
Stay strong.

I read your "Celiac Teens" guide and I would like to thank you for some great ideas. I was just doing a search and it came up, although I'm not a "teen", I still have an appetite of a "young" mind. I have been avoiding Gluten since April of this year, I'm having trouble getting my doctor to cooperate for some reason so I'm looking for a new one.As a result, I don't have confirmation on what my condition would be, but avoiding gluten has made my life much better. I've never heard of anyone freezing grapes, and I'm heading to the store very soon to give it a try! I had no idea what celiac was until I did a little research earlier this year when my daughter started having problems... I've grown to appreciate what these people have been doing for many years in order to have a normal life, and I've only been doing this for 6 months.
